You're never too old

Meet Andy T. Laird

I'm 65, living proof that it's never too late to turn your health around. LairdFit is my way of sharing what actually worked for me — the diet, the surgeries, and life as a Brit abroad — with people over 50 doing the same thing.

Does health after 50 feel overwhelming?

Trying to get fit later in life can feel confusing. Between the diets, the advice and all the noise out there, it's easy to feel stuck. That's why LairdFit sticks to one thing: what actually happened to me, in order.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • No clue where to start with keto or carnivore
  • Confused by all the fasting advice out there
  • Tried every diet, but nothing's stuck
  • Low energy, and nothing seems to help
  • Feeling too old to make a real change

Why LairdFit

Real stories. Real health. One step at a time

I used to think it was totally normal to get through a whole box of cereal, a loaf of bread and a big bottle of milk every single day. It's not. After years of ignoring the warning signs, passing out in public and one too many trips to hospital, I finally had to face what was going on.

LairdFit isn't about perfect bodies or gym selfies. It's about what changed when life gave me a serious wake-up call — walking more, fasting, eating real food and cutting the sugar and junk. This is my honest account of getting back to health. If you're where I was, you're not alone.
