Health works at any age

Your health doesn't retire,
so why should you?

No crazy workouts. No fad diets. Just what actually happened when I changed how I ate, moved and looked after myself at 65. The wins, what didn't work, and what it cost me. Along the way I'll share what I've learned about diet, staying active, and the vitamins that actually make a difference.

Meet Andy T. Laird

Who's behind LairdFit?

I'm Andy T. Laird. I'm 66. I was dealing with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and next to no energy. Doctors kept handing me tablets, but nothing really changed until I changed everything myself.

I started LairdFit for people in the same spot: over 50, done with the noise, ready to feel better without the hype. Real experience, told straight. Not a meal plan and not coaching.

The four pillars

How LairdFit is built

The diet story

Keto, carnivore, fasting. What worked, what didn't, and what I got wrong first.

The body at 65

Cataracts, gallbladder, broken bones, recovery, and what the test results actually said.

Brit abroad

29 years in Thailand: the food, the heat, the healthcare, the costs, and the move home.

The honest money

What any of this actually costs, with no product to sell you at the end of it.

Is LairdFit right for you?

Have a read and decide for yourself

This is for you if…

  • You want to get healthier without overthinking it
  • You're curious about keto, carnivore or fasting
  • You want it explained by someone your own age
  • You'd rather skip the fads and do what works

This is not for you if…

  • You're after a quick fix or a magic pill
  • You want a meal plan or one-to-one coaching
  • You're not ready to change how you eat
  • You want a qualified expert rather than my own story
